Mixing & Application

Step 01

Prepare the Surface

Ensure concrete is clean, dry and free from oil, grease, dust and loose material. Abrade or shot-blast for maximum adhesion. Apply epoxy primer if required.

Step 02

Measure & Mix

Combine resin with hardener, silica sand and pigment paste (if desired) using a high-speed mechanical mixer. Mix thoroughly until fully uniform in colour and consistency.

Step 03

Apply the Coating

Pour and spread using a roller or squeegee. The material self-levels naturally — apply single or double coat based on the base and required thickness. Work within pot life.

Step 04

Cure & Commission

Allow to cure at room temperature. Full cure achieved in 72 hours before heavy traffic. Light foot traffic may be possible earlier depending on ambient conditions.
