Si Epoxy Adhesives delivers epoxy resin products to all states and union territories across India. We dispatch orders from Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh using trusted courier partners.

Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation via UPI or WhatsApp order confirmation.

02 — Delivery Time

Expected Delivery

Delhi NCR — 1 to 2 business days
Major metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune) — 3 to 5 business days
Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities — 4 to 7 business days
Remote and rural areas — 7 to 10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or weather conditions. We will share the tracking number via WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.

03 — Packaging

Secure & Leak-Proof Packaging

All epoxy resin products are packaged with care to prevent leakage, breakage, and damage during transit. Our packaging process includes:

Tamper-proof sealing on all containers
Bubble wrap and foam padding for fragile items
Double-boxing for large sets (12kg and above)
Leak-proof inner packaging with absorbent lining
Clearly labelled hazardous/chemical product markings as required

04 — Shipping Charges

Delivery Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and delivery location. The exact shipping cost will be communicated to you via WhatsApp before your order is confirmed.

05 — Tracking

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you the courier tracking number and courier partner name via WhatsApp. You can use this to track your delivery on the courier's website.

06 — Damaged in Transit

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please:

Take clear photos and videos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
Do not discard the original packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund as applicable
