All sales at Si Epoxy Adhesives are final. We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. However, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will send you a free replacement after verification.
No Refunds: We do not issue refunds to UPI, bank accounts or any payment method. Our commitment is to make sure you receive a good product — if something goes wrong, we replace it.
Replacement Window: Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photo/video proof. Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
