Self-Levelling Formula

Low viscosity of 300–600 mPas at 25°C allows material to self-level naturally — producing a perfectly flat, glass-smooth floor surface without troweling.

50–70 Min Pot Life

Step 01
Prepare the Floor

Ensure concrete substrate is clean, dry, sound and free from laitance, oil, grease and contamination. Abrasive blast or grind if needed. Prime bare concrete with a suitable epoxy primer before applying Flowtop topcoat. Surface moisture content must be below 5%.

Step 02
Measure & Mix 2:1

Weigh resin and hardener in 2:1 ratio by weight (e.g. 5.0kg resin + 2.5kg hardener). Use a digital scale — do not estimate. Pour both components into a clean mixing bucket. Mix with a slow-speed drill mixer for 2–3 minutes until fully uniform with no streaks.

Step 03
Pour & Spread

Pour the mixed material directly onto the floor and spread with a notched squeegee or roller to the desired thickness. Allow the material to self-level. Use a spiked roller to release any air bubbles. Work within the 50–70 minute pot life window.

Step 04
Cure & Open to Traffic

Keep the area clear during cure. Surface dry in 2–3 hours. Touch dry in 7–8 hours. Full chemical cure in 24 hours — open to pedestrian traffic after 24 hours. Open to vehicle and heavy traffic after 72 hours. Avoid water contact for 24 hours.

Important Notes: Do not apply below 10°C or above 35°C. Do not apply on wet or damp surfaces. Wear PPE including gloves, safety glasses and respiratory protection. Ensure adequate ventilation during application. Apply a primer coat on bare concrete for best adhesion.
