Step 01

Prepare Surface

Ensure surface is clean, dry, dust-free and at minimum 18°C. Seal porous materials like wood with a thin first coat of epoxy or sanding sealer before the main pour. Use a level to ensure the surface is flat before pouring.

Step 02

Measure & Mix

Weigh out 3 parts Resin to 1 part Hardener by weight (e.g. 300g resin + 100g hardener). Use a digital scale for accuracy — do not estimate by volume. Pour both components into a clean mixing container.

Step 03

Stir Thoroughly

Stir slowly but thoroughly for 3–4 minutes. Scrape the sides and bottom of the container while mixing. Avoid whipping air into the mixture. Transfer to a second clean container and mix for another 1–2 minutes to ensure complete mixing.

Step 04

Pour & Level

Pour mixed resin slowly onto the prepared surface. Spread with a spreader or let self-level. Use a heat gun or torch briefly to remove surface bubbles. Pour in layers of max 6–8mm. Allow 24 hrs before handling, 48–72 hrs for full cure.

⚠️ Safety: Work in a well-ventilated area. Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection. Wash skin contact areas immediately with soap and water. Keep away from children. Refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) before use. Store between 15–30°C away from direct sunlight. Do not mix partial kits without weighing accurately.
