How to Use

Mixing & Application

Step 01

Surface Preparation

Degrease surfaces thoroughly with acetone, toluene or trichloroethylene. Surface must be free from dirt, oil, grease and moisture. Wipe with a clean cloth before application.

Step 02

Measure & Mix

Weigh resin and hardener in 100:50 ratio by weight (2:1). Mix thoroughly until completely uniform and homogeneous. Use the mixed mass within pot life (20–35 minutes at 25°C).

Step 03

Apply

Apply mixed epoxy by brush, spatula or dispensing bottle onto the surface to be coated or laminated. Ensure even coverage. The mix must be applied within its pot life.

Step 04

Cure

Full cure at room temperature within 24 hours. For faster results and optimum hardness, cure at 40°C–60°C. Shore D 60–65 hardness is achieved after 24-hour ambient cure.
